Together, we'll follow where Spirit leads. Sometimes that means receiving beautiful evidence from loved ones in Spirit. Other times, your guides step forward with wisdom, encouragement, or a gentle nudge toward your next step. We may uncover past-life experiences that bring understanding to present-day struggles, or simply create the space for you to reconnect with the truth you've always carried within.
I've learned that healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you've always been beneath the fear, expectations, and experiences that have pulled you away from yourself.
My greatest joy is helping you find your way back to your own inner wisdom. Through Spirit's guidance, my hope is that you'll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself than when you arrived. Many of my clients share that they experience not only clarity and validation, but a renewed sense of purpose, peace, and confidence in the path ahead.

Our Story
I'm Laura Lou, a Psychic Medium, Intuitive Healer and creator of The Holy Sh!ft Era.
My life has been a living mirror of the work I do today. I've moved through loss, change,reinvention, awakening, starting over and those seasons when everything you thought you understood about yourself suddenly shifts.
The lived experience matters in my work.
When someone sits across from me,I'm connecting them with Spirit, but I'm also meeting them as a human being who has walked through her own fires. I listen to what's being said, feelinto what's underneath it, and follow what Spirit brings forward. My training and experience give me many toold to dram from, but I don't believe healing or spiritual growth follows one prescribed path.
Neither do I.
That's ultimately how The Holy Sh!ft Era came to be: a place for curiosity, exploration, real-life spirituality and discovering what becomes possible when we allow our own experience to be part of the evidence.
